When you use Ahangarzada, we collect the image files you upload (processed temporarily, see below), and basic account details if you create one — name, email, and billing information for paid plans. If you use the contact form, we collect what you enter there: name, email, and your message.
Images you upload are processed and stored only long enough to complete compression and make the result available for download — typically a few seconds, and never longer than one hour. We do not review, catalog, or reuse uploaded images for any purpose outside fulfilling that specific request.
We don't sell personal data or uploaded images to third parties, and we don't use uploaded images to train machine learning models.
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages and features are used, so we can prioritize what to build next. This does not include tracking individual uploaded files or their contents.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the account data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Because uploaded images are already deleted on the schedule described above, there's typically nothing further to remove on that front.
We rely on standard infrastructure providers for hosting and payment processing. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own data-protection obligations.
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly.
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@ahangarzada.silentcode.us or through the contact page.
